Reservations can be made directly with Hilton reservations by calling 1-800-HILTONS or 914-939-6300 or online. If calling, please identify yourself by the group name PCOSA or The Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Association conference. If making reservations online, you must enter the code "PCOSA". You must be sure to give this information so that you receive the special conference rate of only $99/night plus tax. Reservations by attendees MUST be received on or before Tuesday, September 15, 2004.

All reservations for arrival after 6:00pm must be guaranteed with a major credit card or accompanied by one night's room deposit. The Hotel will not hold any reservations after 6:00 pm unless secured by one of the above methods.

Note that check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am.
