Travel Information

We have arranged for special, discounted hotel, airfare, transportation and even travel agency fees to make this year's conference incredibly affordable.

For your convenience, all travel arrangements may be made through our designated travel agency. You must identify yourself as a PCOSA conference attendee or participant when making your arrangements. For a special discounted booking fee of only $15.00, they will take care of making all of your travel arrangements at once including the discounted airfare, hotel and car rental rates.

Air Transportation

The airport closest to the Hilton Rye Town is the Westchester Airport, which is serviced by some domestic airline carriers. If you are looking for a non-stop carrier in to the area, you can fly directly in to Newark, which is approximately and hour away from the hotel. Continental is one of the largest New York Area carriers and offers numerous flights to the Westchester and Newark airports therefore, we have secured the following discounts with Continental Airlines. These discounts are available for flights in to both Westchester and Newark Airports!

For tickets purchased 60 days prior to departure:
15% discount off lowest applicable fares from most cities
8% discount for travel between Continental hubs Houston, Cleveland and Newark Airports.

For tickets purchased 30 days prior to departure:
10% discount off lowest applicable fares from most cities
3% discount for travel between Continental hubs Houston, Cleveland and Newark Airports.
