Volunteers

Thanks to the assistance of our members, staff and conference attendees, the PCOSA annual conference continues to be a huge success.

If you would like to be part of that success this year, please fill out a volunteer application and state conference volunteer.

All conference volunteers will receive special "volunteer only" discounts off conference registration rates.

We are looking for the following positions right now:

Gift Basket solicitation - Contact local stores and companies to contribute gift baskets for our conference raffles.

Raffle Item solicitation - Contact local stores and companies to contribute raffle items for our conference raffles.

Conference Funding Coordinators - Assist with obtaining conference funding.

Conference Binder and Bag Assembly - Will assist with preparation of all conference attendee materials on October 6.

Signage - Will assist with placement of conference signage and materials on October 6.

Attendee Registration desk - Will register and confirm attendees upon their arrival.

Sponsor and Exhibitor Registration Desk - Will register and confirm sponsors and exhibitors upon their arrival.

A/V coordinators - Will ensure speakers have all requested A/V items in their rooms.

Exhibit Ambassadors - Will assist exhibitors and sponsors with information and requests.

New York Ambassadors - Will assist attendees with information, requests and tours to New York City.

Speaker Hosts - Will be a speaker liaisons and assist with accommodating speaker requests.

Attendee Hosts -Will be a attendee liaisons and assist with accommodating attendee requests.

Information Desk - Will assist with information, questions and requests with regards to the conference and hotel.

Room Moderators - Will assist with assuring all speaker and attendees needs are met in your assigned room.
