PCOSA Membership Benefits
The PCOSA offers two basic membership categories, General and Professional. The benefits of each are listed below.
Being a PCOSA member means having a network of support that helps you to deal with the symptoms and every day issues that are a part of PCOS. By becoming a member, not only do you have access to the many resources found on this Web site but you also can get referrals for doctors in your area who treat PCOS and are a part of our organization
There are three types of general membership. Memberships are renewed annually.
- Regular Member $40 —
Membership in this category includes women who have or suspect they have PCOS, and it also includes their spouse or partner! Benefits include one vote per individual/couple for board elections, member discounts for products and services, membership packet, PCOS Awareness Bracelet, membership card and a subscription to The PCOS Bulletin. You also receive access to the online members only areas including chats, E-Bulletin Extras and the PCOSA reading room, as well as discounts to PCOSA conferences and symposia.
- Associate Member $40 —
This membership category includes individuals who do not have PCOS but are interested in supporting our educational efforts, or keeping abreast of our events. Benefits include subscription to The PCOS Bulletin, and member discounts for products and services. You also receive access to the online members only areas including chats, E-Bulletin Extras and the PCOSA reading room, as well as discounts to PCOSA conferences and symposia.
- Friends of the PCOSA membership add-on $40 —
This "bonus" benefit is available to Regular or Associate Members of the PCOSA. For the additional $40 you will get a special advertising spot on the Friends of the PCOSA page for your business! Do you own your own business? Sell Tupperware, Pampered Chef, Avon, Mary Kay, or another home business? You can support the PCOSA while getting advertising for your business with this special, brand new membership category! There will be ads placed throughout the PCOSA websites encouraging our visitors to patron Friends of the PCOSA.
- E-Member $25 —
Membership in this category includes women who have or suspect they have PCOS, and it also includes their spouse or partner!
